About the project

The site was taken over from the previous agency: 1C-Bitrix, over 800 sitemap URLs, enquiry forms, CRM and analytics integrations. The brief: stable support without downtime, a technically clean base for search and readiness for AI search.

Support and infrastructure

Publishing moved to git-based deployment with a pre-release check and automatic rollback on errors; memcached and daily health checks were added. We fixed forms that silently lost leads because of an expired captcha token, and a counter bug that distorted the bounce rate.

  • Image optimisation module and critical CSS/JS
  • Responsive RuTube embeds on cases and services
  • Warehouse figures and presentations updated across the site

Indexing module and llms.txt

We wrote a custom Bitrix module: an IndexNow queue that pushes new and changed URLs to search engines on iblock events with retries, plus an llms.txt generator with admin settings. The file was verified: 154 links, none broken.

Technical SEO audit and implementation

We crawled 802 sitemap URLs, analysed 60 thousand Yandex Webmaster crawl records and re-checked 4 thousand URLs live, producing 27 prioritised tasks and two client reports: technical and competitive.

Implementation: the sitemap is now rebuilt on a schedule (866 URLs, modification dates, no 404s), average title length went from 98 to 60 characters, broken URLs return 410 or 301, Clean-param was added, thousands of images got alt text and blog articles got authors.

Structured data

A single JSON-LD system across the site: one Organization instead of a thousand copies, a Service on every service page, breadcrumbs on 790 pages, Article with author and date on blog posts. Fake ratings were removed from 62 pages and a fallback markup added for 134 pages that had none.

Keywords and competitors

We built the keyword core from Wordstat with SERP-based clustering, analysed 238 commercial queries and three competitor groups, and prepared recommendations for section development. Nine AI crawlers were checked: all receive the same HTML as users.
