Content factory: AI-powered content production

A content factory is a pipeline that regularly produces articles, product cards, service descriptions and social media materials: from demand check to publishing and submission for indexing. Language models write drafts from your company's facts in a single tone of voice, an editor reviews, the CMS publishes on schedule. We build the content factory on our own platform or on n8n and hand over control to you.

How the pipeline works

First we collect topics: keyword data from Wordstat and search results, customer questions, catalogue sections. Each topic passes a demand and competition check so that resources are not spent on materials without readers. The model then receives a structure, company facts and text requirements, writes a draft, and automatic checks filter out repetition, factual errors and filler. An editor approves the material, the pipeline publishes it to the CMS, adds metadata, images and internal links and submits the URL to IndexNow and for recrawl.

Facts and tone instead of generic text

The main risk of AI content is identical texts with no value. Before launch we assemble a fact base: services, prices and terms, cases, expert answers, limitations. The model writes only on this basis, and claims that cannot be confirmed are removed at review. The brand tone is fixed in a guide and checked on the first materials together with you, so the articles read as yours rather than as template text.

Where we publish

Blogs on 1C-Bitrix, WordPress, Tilda and other CMS, product cards in online stores, service sections, Dzen, VC and Telegram channels. For Tilda we use Streams and the API; for Bitrix and WordPress, modules and REST. Migrating existing materials into the new structure is part of the launch: that is how the Neoved blog was relaunched, where previous articles moved as cards and new ones come out through the pipeline in a single tone.

What the launch includes

The content factory is handed over as a working system with documentation.

  • Strategy: topics, demand clusters, formats and publishing plan
  • Company fact base and tone of voice guide
  • Generation, checks and editing pipeline with team roles
  • Publishing to the CMS with metadata, images and internal links
  • Submission for indexing and monitoring of pages appearing in search
  • Reports: published materials, indexing, impressions and visits
  • Editor training and documentation for managing the factory

How the work is organised

  1. Step 1

You send a link to the website, analytics access and company materials: services, cases, expert answers, limitations.

  2. Step 2

We collect topics and check demand, prepare the fact base and tone guide, agree formats and the publishing plan.

  3. Step 3

We set up the pipeline on a test set of topics, release the first materials and refine the rules together with the editor.

  4. Step 4

We connect CMS publishing and indexing, hand over control and continue support where needed.

Cost of a content factory

The cost consists of the launch and monthly production. The launch depends on the number of formats, publishing platforms and the size of the fact base; production on the number of materials, depth of review and editor involvement. Model usage is estimated separately from the publishing plan. For an estimate, send a link to the website and the desired publishing volume.

Frequently asked questions

Will AI content harm the site in search?

Search engines evaluate usefulness, not the method of creation. Problems arise with texts without facts that repeat a template. The pipeline is built around a fact base, demand checks and editing, and the publishing volume is matched to review capacity.

How many materials per month can the factory produce?

From a few articles to hundreds of product cards. The limit is not generation but editorial review and available facts. The publishing plan is based on demand and your team's resources.

Who reviews the texts?

Your editor, or ours as part of support. Automatic checks filter out repetition, unconfirmed claims and structural errors before the material reaches a person.

Which models are used?

Cloud and Russian models depending on data and language requirements. Image and diagram generation is connected by agreement; images are reviewed together with the text.

Can the factory publish to our Tilda blog?

Yes. Publishing goes through Tilda Streams and the API. For 1C-Bitrix and WordPress we use modules and REST interfaces, for social networks and Dzen their APIs.

What do we keep after the project?

A working pipeline on your server or in the cloud, the fact base, the tone guide, documentation and a trained editor. Support can be extended separately.
